Error: Out of memory (starting application due to too many open programs).
Error:
Out of memory.
Cause:
Too many applications are open to run the program. Open applications can drain system resources.
Solution:
Close all other open applications before running the Office 95 program.
1) Close all open applications:
a) Right-click on the taskbar button for the application and select 'Close' from the shortcut menu.
b) Click 'Close' to close the application.
2) (Optional) If the problem persists, do one or more of the following to increase system memory:
a) Adjust the virtual memory settings in Windows 95.
1] Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.

2] Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'.

3] Open the 'System' icon.
4] Adjust the virtual memory settings in Windows 95.
a] Click the 'Performance' tab.
b] Click 'Virtual Memory...'. (The Virtual Memory properties sheet appears.)
c] Click 'Let Windows manage my virtual memory settings (recommended)'.
NOTE: This option lets Windows dynamically allocate disk space to serve as virtual memory as required.
d] Click 'OK' twice.
b) Obtain additional RAM for the computer.
NOTE: Office 95 applications run most efficiently if the computer has at least 8 MB of RAM on Windows 95 or 16 MB of RAM on Windows NT.
